What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Credit Cards via Paypal, Money Order, Check and Concealed Cash in USD sent at your own risk. All payment must be made in U.S. currency.

Do you accept Cash payments?
Yes we do. If you need to, you may send concealed cash in USD through the mail. I urge anyone who needs to pay via cash to purchase a money order instead or look into getting a Paypal account. Money orders can be bought almost anywhere and most for free. The safest, most convenient money orders are available at your local post office. Cash is sent at buyers own risk I will not be responsible if lost or stolen in the mail, so if you must send cash be careful when concealing it.

How do I select Cash payment when checking out?
Just select Money Order/Check payment on checkout, add a note in order comments that you will be sending concealed cash through the mail as payment.

Do you accept Western Union or Bank transfer?
No. Bank transfer is not used in USA as a form of payment. It is extreamly expensive as well as unsafe. Western Union money trasnfer is difficult for us to pick up and also not safe so We do not accept these forms of payment. We also do not accept Bidpay, also unsafe way to send money. We still take Western Union money orders though and bank checks (these are checks issued from the bank, like a money order from the bank. It must still be dominated in USD.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to anywhere in the world. Please check with your local post office for any posting restrictions your country might have.

When will my item be shipped out?
We normally mail out your order within 2-3 days from receiving your payment. We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays ONLY. Your order will be mailed out the next closest shipping day after receiving your payment. To get your item shipped out faster make sure to send payment before 5pm(est)the day before. Delays possible during peak periods.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
First you must send payment, your item will be shipped out asap please see above. After that it is up to the postal service you have choose. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

How big are your buttons?
We currently have 2 sizes; 1 inch and 1.5 inch.

1 inch buttons are about the size of a quarter, 2.5" in diameter.

How big are your magnets?
Magnets are made with 1 inch buttons except the backing is a small magnet. They are super cute for your fridge, locker etc

How strong are the magnets?
We use professional button magnet parts to make my magnets. The magnet itself is about medium strength. They can hold some thin papers to a surface and look super cute doing it but nothing heavy duty. If you prefer a stronger type of magnet, we sometimes have craft magnets available on request which are a bit stronger but the magnet may be removable. Please message if check for craft magnet availability and prices.

An item I want is listed as "Out of Stock" when will you be getting the item back in stock?
It depends on the item, for things like guitar picks we may never be able to restock them. Just send us a message and we will let you know if the item you want will be restocked and when.

If you ever experiance any problems using the website, we would really love it if you could please report it to us using the contact us page on the right side bar on your screen so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible.

I just bought something from you off eBay, but now I want to add an item I found on your website to my order can I do that?
Yes. If you want to add anything at all to your order just let us know before we ship out your items even if you already paid for the first part of your order, We can still combine them as long as we have not shipped your order yet. We will email you an updated invoice and you can pay any extra you owe. Once your order is shipped however we cannot combine the shipping costs, you will have to just send a new order in for any additional items you want.

I never got my Order! What should I do?
Sometimes the mail is slow please give your order enough time to reach you before getting worried. For orders with-in USA the average usps can take to get orders to you is about 1 to 2 weeks. For international customers the average time is about 2 weeks to 1 month. Please wait 2 weeks before inquiring about your order, when e-mailing, please include your order information so we can look up your order history and give you an update. But please remember we are not assoicated with usps and may not have any more information then you do.
If 1 month has passed and you still do not have your order please let us know, if your order does not arrive and you have paid for insurance we will send another package out to you.

Please do not e-mail the website with questions on ebay orders, these e-mails will be responded only to tell you to e-mail us through ebay instead. We value your privacy and will not give out your information to anyone but you. To make sure you are the person who ordered please e-mail from ebay message instead.

We are very sorry If there is any mistake with your order, we try to do things carefully but mistakes do happen. If you received the wrong buttons or a button is missing or something contact us right away.

What is your return policy?
If you have a problem with your order, please e-mail and let us know. Normally We do not allow returns or refunds. Exchange is available for buttons, choker, bracelets, magnets, button earrings, and keychains that are defective, please report any problems with-in 10 days of receiving your order, normally the buyer must pay for return shipping costs. For items that are 1 of a kind such as guitar picks, manga and used goods, items are sold as is without warranty. No return no exchange, We describe items are clearly and honestly as possible please read item descriptions thoroughly and ask any questions before you purchase any item.

We are sorry if there is a delay in reply. Please give us at least 24~48 hours to reply to all e-mails. We are sorry for your inconvience but please be patient. Sometimes we change e-mail address because of spam bot attacks, Please use the contact us page on the website to make sure your e-mail is being sent to a monitored e-mail address. If on the other hand you sent us an e-mail many many days ago and still have not received a reply checkout our Livejournal and Myspace links (on front page) to see if we might be away or leave us a message there ^^ Remember any info posted on my LJ and myspace is public, anyone can see it, so do not post sensitive information.

Sure! Please us the contact us page and change the subject to REQUEST Let us know what you want I also encourage buyers to send links to picts they think would look great as a button. If we have time and like the pict, we just might make that button asap. If you rather not wait, check out our custom orders page, we can make any kinds of buttons you want.
