By placing an order you are agreeing to a pay for said order in full and on time. We expect that every order to be placed seriously. Do not order unless you have the money to pay and are going to pay for the items with-in a timely manner. We do not play games this is a business if you order you must follow through.

You agree that price per item as stated with-in this website and shipping cost as quoted in this site are NOT NEGOTIBLE. You must pay the full total for any order you place up front all fee's and cost included before your order can be mailed to you.

You agree that Screamteddy buttons mascot screamteddy and screambunny image and likeness are original design with sole copy right's to owner and creator Yamiko Michi. Stealing, coping, hot linking, or manipulating these image's in any way are a violation of these rights. Violators will be warned and prosecuted.

Informed buyer Policy
You (the buyer) are required to have read and understand fully all information in the item's description as well as these terms, payment and shipping information available here before you purchase any item.
Any questions you have effecting your purchase MUST be asked BEFORE you purchase any items.

Payment/Non-payment Policy
Paypal payments MUST be submitted immediately during checkout. If the payment does not go through your order will be cancelled, we will contact you to please re-submit your order again. Even though your payment is not sent, once you press the "confirm order" button your order has been entered into our system. We expect you to pay for all order's you submit to our system, if there is a chance you will not pay, do not press the "confirm order" button.
Money order, check and cash payment's MUST be received in a timely manner. If payment is not received on time and you have not contacted me, I will cancel your order and may block you from ordering again in the future.

Shipping Policy's
Please provide correct shipping address during checkout.
IF your order has been returned to us in the mail due to incorrect address and it is not our own typographical error and not found to be a postal couriers error, the buyer will bear all additional fee's associated. The items will have to remain here until the buyer pays the shipping fee again to have the item mailed back out to the correct address. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No pickups. No exceptions. All items must be shipped.
Screamteddy Buttons is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
All orders require insurance, insurance guarantee's your order will arrive to you safe. If your order does not arrive we will either send out another package to you or a refund. We may require you to help us file a claim with the insurance provider as well.

Return/Refund/Exchange
Screamteddy offers exchange for any defective items, We insure your button order will arrive flaw free :) Please contact us about the defect with-in 10 day's of receiving your order. Buyer pays for return shipping costs.

Feedback Policy
Buyer's who wish to send feedback testimonials may do so by filling out the Feedback Submit form here. Feedback is totally optional but appreciated, We will never pressure anyone to fill out feedback We will mention it once with your "order shipped" email only. Feedbacks submitted will be reviewed by us then posted on the website. The time, date and name posted with the feedback will be taken from the email we receive. If you wish to have a different name shown just sign a name in the message, i.e., "Sincerely, Alice" Feedback will not be edited to our favor, we will only edit feedbacks for the following reasons;
-If buyer has included sensitive or harmful personal information i.e. email address, home address, phone number, credit card information and other things of this nature.
-If the buyer has included rude, abusive, racist, sexist, sizeist, homophobic or threatening language.
Anyone can submit feedback if they want to but only buyers feedbacks will be post on the "feedback" page. You must use your order associated e-mail address.
