General Customs Info:
What is the turn around time for custom orders?: After you payment and your design files or images are received your order will be finished in about 2 weeks on average, larger orders and those who need more contact with you may take longer.
What about the quality of the buttons?:
Screamteddy Buttons has always gotten great reviews from customers epically stating how high quality our buttons are. We use high quality paper and our printer has always done pretty well at getting little details. We won't say we're the best of the best but we're doing pretty good for over 2 years. We understand you may be worried about the finally look. For those who choose screamteddy to edit the images to button template, you will be given images via e-mail to show how the end product should look pressed so you can ask for any adjustments. We'll do our best to adjust it for you as much as we can. For printing we will also do 1 test print and press per design then scan and e-mail the image to you, this way you can see almost accurately see what the final button will look like. Please do take into consideration that monitor settings, printer settings and scan settings all effect the look and colors.
Why Screamteddy Buttons instead of those generic printing shops that offer slightly cheaper prices?
We try to offer the best prices we can but honestly you could get buttons made slightly cheaper at some generic printing shops online. So you might ask, why choose Screamteddy Buttons for your button needs and not them? Like all printing shops those places IF they are legit will only let their computers automatically arrange your button print them press them and ship them all without even looking at them! You will many times get your order just to have to return it and ask them to do it again wasting your time and money and giving you a whole lot of aggravation and grief! Here at Screamteddy buttons we're just a few people doing everything by hand we actually LOOK and we fix problems BEFORE the order is shipped. We do our best so that your order arrives good the first time. We treat your buttons as if it's our own order and 99% of all the orders placed with us go through with no drama and THAT is how it should be.
About the design\rights:
Once your order is complete Screamteddy buttons will e-mail you any designs\images back to symbolize them being returned to the right full owner. At this time the design\images or your art work that you submited to have made into buttons will be permanently deleted from our systems. Screamteddy Buttons will never use your artwork for anything other then to fill your order, without premission.
If you grant premission, a pict of your buttons may be used in a promotional collage on our website like

This is optional and your button images would only be show in collage form to promote custom buttons by Screamteddy Buttons and not in any other form or shape.
Refunds:
Once your button are delivered, only defective buttons can be returned for exchange and will take time to process. Buyer will pay return shipping cost.
Orders must be paid in full up front. If for some reason you feel the order isn't going well and want to cancel it please let us know. You must cancel BEFORE we have begin pressing your full order. After we started pressing the full order you will not be able to receive a refund and the order cannot be canceled. (otherwise we'd be stuck with tons of your artwork on buttons O.O then what can we do with it?)
If you request a refund before that, we can send you the refund minus any fee's or materials we have used. Probably 1-4.00USD would be taken out for time and materials, depending. Refunds will be sent via paypal
BUT please remember we are a business and we need serious customers, if you cancel your order then say oh wait i want to order again we will tell you no because we do not want to waste time. Please be 100% sure this is what you want before ordering to save us both time.

Normal Customs Info:
What is a Normal Custom?
Normal custom is when you want to order a single button or small amount of buttons of bands you like, anime you like, your game avatar even your pict any image you want can be made into a button! For larger orders you may be able to save money by choosing one of our other custom button options.
What do I have to do to order my favorite pict made into a button?:
-You must pay in advance
-You must provide images (see detail below) for your buttons
-You must be ready to available to reply to e-mails as your order is being done (normally 2 weeks or less depending on how many buttons you ordered and our current work load)
If we have any problem with the images, we'll let you know and ask you to get new ones, once we've got the button design ready we'll send you proofs via email for you to approve. You may ask for adjusts if needed. Once you approve the images we'll go ahead and print and press and ship them out to you.
The images:
the image should be at least 150dpi and 500x500 pixals or the printed image will not look good! Think this, the bigger the better! please do not send images over 500dpi (as the larger the dpi the harder it is on the pc) 300dpi is ideal. Make sure your image is clear and the colors are how you like it because if you do not like it on your pc screen, it will not look any better printed. With your artwork please send us a comment on how you would like the image to be edited the image WILL be cropped and resized to fit in a small circle space. Please let us know what you wish to show for example, the whole image as much as we can fit it (please rem it will be printed on a 1" or 1.5" button the details will not be clear if the image is too small) or just the person/items head, head and shoulders, certain detail on the image..etc. Images can be submitted as attachments or urls from photobucket etc. via contact us page or to sales at screamteddy (dot) com

Also see General Customs Info above, like all other custom orders the images you choose for your buttons will be deleted from our system and you we will not use your image/design for any other use except for promotional collage and only with your premission.

Print Press Ship Custom is a service only available to those who are able to edit their images onto the button template themselves and submit the finished templete. We will only print it, press it and ship it to you.

your template must be opened/saved in 300 dpi~400dpi we do not print anything smaller. Please double check your colors and contrast adjustments are where you want it. If you don't like it on your screen you won't like it when its printed. Please make sure you considered for the edges of the buttons. Normally for button templates the inner most circle is what will be visable on the pressed button. Buttons with badly cropped images and empty ugly edges where the image just ended will not look their best. I suggest to try to bleed the image around the edge area on the template or use a similar color to the main image to bring attention away from the empty edges. for help with editing your image designs to templates please check the above websites or you will have to choose our regular custom order instead and we will edit the image for you.
